Malware Removal Procedure

Follow these 2 simple steps when submitting your media:

 

1.Deliver your Data Media

The media should be dropped of at our office at

441-1-8 Burmah Road,

        10350 Penang

2.Evaluation

Upon receiving your media, we will perform evaluation and diagnose your situation. A quotation will then be generated and sent to you via email or fax, normally within 1 working days.Once we have your approval for us to proceed, we will commence the removal of malware immediately.The malware removal usually takes 1-2 days.The price can be paid by cash or cheque on pick up.
