Lost Files Recovery Procedure

Follow these 4 simple steps during the recovery:

1.Stop what your doing

You should stop using the hard disk as soon as the data is lost to prevent windows or other programs from overwriting the data which makes retrieving the data more difficult.The sooner you stop after the files are lost or deleted,the more likely the files can be recovered.

2.Deliver your Data Media

The media should then be wrapped in proper packaging before sending down through courier or dispatch company.If the data is not recoverable,the courier charge will be covered by us but if it is recoverable and you change your mind the courier charge is not covered.Hard disks can also be dropped off directly to our office during business hours of 10-1 and 2-5

3.Evaluation

Upon receiving your media, we will perform evaluation and diagnose your situation. A quotation will then be generated and sent to you via email or fax, normally within 1 working days. Once we have your approval for us to proceed, we will commence the lost files recovery tasks immediately.The data recovery usually takes 1-2 days.

4.Completion

After recovery is completed,the client brings a hard disk or pen drive depending on the size of the files.Files will be copied within one day.The client then pays cash or cheque when picking up the hard disk
