If the files that the client wants are not retrievable,then there is no charge.
Please note that lost files recovery is only applicable if the hard disk has not crashed and the partitions are accessible but some files have been deleted or lost.If the hard disk is not accessible or has been formatted,refer to our HDD data recovery pricing.It is recommended to send the hard disk immediately after the files have been lost to increase the chances of recovering the files.
