2.Deliver your Data Media
The media should then be wrapped in proper packaging before sending down through courier or dispatch company.If the data is not recoverable,the courier charge will be covered by us but if it is recoverable and you change your mind the courier charge is not covered.

3.Evaluation
Upon receiving your media, we will perform evaluation and diagnose your data loss situation. A quotation will then be generated and sent to you via email or fax, normally within 1 working days. Once we have your approval for us to proceed, we will commence the data recovery tasks immediately.The data recovery usually takes 1-3 days.

4.Completion
Once the job is completed.The client brings a hard disk to copy the files to or a hard disk can be bought for the client at cost price with a service fee of RM20.Files will be copied within 1 day.The client then pays by cash or cheque when they pick up the hard disks.
