How do you charge for the data recovery service?
The price may vary depending on the complexity of the problem but for a rough estimate,check out the pricing list on the services page.However an evaluation must be done before a firm quotation can be made.
How long will the evaluation take?
The evaluation process may differ but it will not take longer than 2 days.
Will you preserve the confidentiality of my data?
Looi Software keeps the highest regard for your confidentiality and privacy and will not duplicate or resell any data recovered.The data will be destroyed within 5 days after the data is recovered and returned to you.
Do I have to pay if you cant recover the data?
If the data is not recoverable,no fee will be charged but if it is recoverable and the owner changes their mind then a RM 50.00 service charge will be paid.
Do I have to pay the courier charges to deliver the data media?
If the data is recoverable,the courier charges will be deducted from the cost.If the user changes their mind about recovering the data,the courier charges will be not be covered however.If the data is not recoverable no charge will be made and the courier charges will be covered.
Should I try recovering data myself before sending it to you?
People are prone to errors,even when they are experienced which sometimes makes the problems worse.When you first detect errors or problems,it is better to stop using it and send it to us immediately to guarantee the best possible data recovery.
Do you do hardware repairs?
Looi Software does minor hard disk repairs but faults that require replacement of parts are not done.
